Laurent Beaugiraud was elected President of the FFB Housing Division during the Board of Directors meeting on January 15, 2026. He will take office on Thursday, April 2, following the FFB Housing Division's General Assembly. He will succeed Grégory Monod, who has been President since 2019.
Aged 53, Laurent BEAUGIRAUD has been President since 2002 of the Soleil Group (65 employees) based in Valence (26) which operates in the construction of individual houses, real estate development, land development and overall renovation as well as in several building trades (framework-roofing, electricity and plumbing-sanitary).
He has been a member of the National Bureau since 2019 and Chairman of the Training and Skills Development Commission of the FFB Housing Division.
