During peaks of activity or large projects, Architects and Spatial Developers use external solutions to design and carry out their clients' projects. The Agencies then adapt their organization to best respond to the diversity and scope of their projects by turning to their freelance network or to specialized temping agencies. But this is often complex, long and ill-suited to the needs of the project.
After several years spent in Agencies, the co-founders Edson and Cédrick were frustrated not to have centralized access to Freelancers, to intervene on projects, strengthen or supplement teams throughout France. The research of "External skills" was often long and complex. For their part, the Freelancers with specialized skills and convincing experiences, could encounter difficulties in accessing the projects of French Agencies.
Waggon was born to respond faster and better to these issues:
"Waggon is simply a solution that we would have liked to have: we created it to offer a global, practical and efficient service for Agencies"
With the waggon.io tool, the Agencies have an interface allowing them to submit projects and receive in less than 48 hours, three appropriate Freelance profiles.
Our algorithm pre-selects Freelancers, our team draws on our expertise and experience to analyze the needs of the project and offer three targeted profiles to Agencies.
For Agencies, Waggon is:
- An interface accessible 24/24 to submit projects,
- Access to a Freelance community,
- Internal messaging to exchange and distribute documents,
- A dashboard for managing the projects entrusted (access to quotes, progress of projects, purchase orders, invoices, etc.)
Waggon allows Agencies to save considerable time in their search for partners and secures the services that the Agencies wish to entrust.
A single price: 13% of the amount of the Freelance service.
For Freelancers, Waggon is:
- Completely free access to the Waggon solution,
- Qualification of projects in accordance with their skills, singularities and desires,
- Access to the Freelance community in France allowing them to help each other and discuss common objectives.
In order to go further than the digital experience and create a real freelance community, we have created "Waggon Events" : events that bring together and unite the community throughout France to share and enrich themselves.
Waggon is a new solution expected. Proof of this enthusiasm, several projects were quickly submitted and after three weeks, more than 300 freelancers signed up.
The developer's desire is that Waggon be used by all French agencies and thus become the pole of external skills of their organizations.
Ultimately Waggon also plans to set up in several European countries.
