The CCCA-BTP, a joint governance tool for the construction and public works branches, which represents 20% of apprenticeships in France across all professional sectors, is launching the 13C.Académie on September 3, a platform for providing knowledge for support training organizations for construction trades in upgrading the skills of their employees. It is open to all their employees, who can access it for free by creating an account on the platform.
Its objective: to contribute to the development of skills of today and tomorrow, through a qualitative, diversified and adapted knowledge offer as close as possible to the realities on the ground and to the shared, common and transversal needs of all the actors of the training. dedicated to the building and public works trades.
In perfect harmony with the 2018 vocational training reform, it is within the framework of its new range of services for the benefit of all construction training organizations, to support them and enable them to increase their performance and ensure the development of their activity and that of construction apprenticeship thanks to a high educational quality in the training courses and teaching methods, which the CCCA-BTP creates the 3C.Académie.
A triple objective to aim for excellence in construction training
1 | TO TRANSMIT, through a qualitative offer through its teaching methods with:
- a wide variety of multimodal content (distance, face-to-face and mixed);
- many self-service educational resources: practical guides, infographics…;
- short or long courses, tutored or not, organized in modules composed of quizzes, videos, case studies, webinars, virtual classes…;
- thematic workshops, micro learning, serious games ...
2 | INNOVATE, through an offer committed to the rise of innovation within construction training organizations, by offering:
- content adapted to current and future changes in the professions, to the regulatory context and to the requirements of companies, training organizations and more generally of the construction sector;
- specific content co-constructed and animated by experts from CCCA-BTP or referenced operators.
3 | TO SHARE, to promote skills development, through:
- a space for the animation of the different business communities, to exchange between peers on good practices or the difficulties encountered, to share feedback, experiments and news;
- discussion forums dedicated to the courses offered, to be able to question the experts or testify about their experiences.
Nine themes included in the program
When the platform opens on September 13, nine themes are already on the program of the 3C.Académie; other themes will enrich it by the end of 2021.
- Digital communication: support training organizations for construction trades, to develop and deploy their digital communication strategy.
- Innovation approach: register training organizations in construction trades, as actors in the economic development of their territory, and their learners as ambassadors of innovation within companies.
- Quality approach : support training organizations for construction trades in quality management and certification.
- Training law: help training organizations for construction trades to learn, understand and identify the impacts of legal training news, to master the legal framework of the reform of vocational training.
- Educational engineering and innovation: help training organizations for construction trades to rethink training engineering, improve teaching practices and methods, educational spaces and means adapted to changes in materials, materials or equipment, to update them, promote digital education, in order to improve training content, and promote work-study courses.
- Project management with external funding: support training organizations for construction trades in finding sources of funding.
- Management and innovative HR practices: provide keys in response to an environment in which management and work methods evolve: giving meaning to work, developing, working in a team….
- Pedagogical and educational practices of the work-study program: offer “learning expertise” courses for construction trainers and for managers of resource centers.
- Marketing and commercial process: support training organizations for construction trades in the construction of their marketing and sales strategy to prepare, attract, convert, transform and retain businesses and young people.
