It is in this context that the BATIREGLO platform was officially launched in May 2023, offering an innovative approach to mastering technical building regulations.

Architects, project managers, developers and companies now have at their disposal an all-in-one tool which allows them to easily consult the essential regulatory texts, to exchange knowledge via a dedicated forum, and even to test their skills through interactive quizzes.

BATIREGLO's integrated forum allows users to ask questions, share experiences and exchange advice on technical building regulations. Industry professionals, such as architects, project owners, developers and contractors, can interact and find answers to their specific regulatory issues.

The “Quiz” part of BATIREGLO offers users the opportunity to assess their knowledge of technical building regulations.

Multiple choice questions cover different regulatory areas such as fire safety, PMR accessibility, acoustics, thermal, and many others.

At the end of the quizzes, detailed results are provided, allowing users to identify their strengths and gaps in understanding the regulations.

A certificate is thus generated so that they can demonstrate their regulatory mastery to other players in the sector.

Professional - Labor Code: €200/year per main account, including access to the regulatory area, the forum, quizzes (2 tests per user) and possibility of commenting on the forum. Additional costs of €20/year per user.
Professional - Establishment Receiving the Public (ERP): €500/year per main account, giving access to the regulatory area, the forum, quizzes (2 tests per user) and the possibility of commenting on the forum. Additional costs of €50/year per user.
Complete offer: €750/year per main account, offering access to the regulatory area, the forum, quizzes (2 tests per user) and the possibility of commenting on the forum. Additional costs of €75/year per user.

About Jérémy Carrara: the passionate entrepreneur behind BATIREGLO

Jérémy Carrara, founder of BATIREGLO, is a passionate entrepreneur in the building sector. Having obtained his work-study building engineering diploma at the École Centrale de Nantes in 2016, he acquired solid experience as a structural works engineer and works manager specializing in housing.

In 2020, Jérémy became a technical building controller while developing BATIREGLO in parallel as a micro-entrepreneur.

The creation of BATIREGLO was born from the observation of the general ignorance of technical building regulations by industry professionals. Despite their “knowledgeable” status, they are faced with complex and evolving regulations, with difficulty finding relevant information and obtaining in-depth training. Furthermore, repeating regulatory non-compliance constitutes a considerable waste of time and money, a luxury that the building sector can no longer afford where the key word is now “sobriety”.

To remedy these problems, Jérémy therefore launched BATIREGLO, an innovative platform offering videos and written documents bringing together the main technical regulations. This approach makes the information more accessible and attractive.

The platform also offers an exchange forum for discussions on regulatory hot spots, interactive quizzes to assess knowledge and regulatory mastery certificates.

Currently focused on regulations relating to housing, the platform aims to extend its scope to establishments open to the public (ERP) and buildings subject to the Labor Code. Its objective is to reach all building professionals in France, by improving their understanding of the regulations to reduce non-compliance, and thus ensure better safety and comfort for end users.
