Developed by and for building craftsmen, 360works® already has several thousand registered artisans and wishes to federate a large community. This innovative marketplace pursues a twofold objective: to support the activity of small construction companies while providing quality service and proximity to customers. In order to support it in this project, CAPEB has teamed up with various partners (COVEA, EDE, SIAGI, ORCAB and COOP 3.0) and has received support from the Investment Plan for the Future (PIA).
Supporting the sector in digital transformation
At a time of the collaborative economy and changes in usage linked to the development of new technologies, CAPEB has initiated a project aimed at making life easier for craft businesses in their commercial endeavors. 360works®, brings together the entire network of artisans mobilized in a single marketplace to offer them a presence on the internet and support them throughout their projects. Developed to be as close as possible to the needs of craft construction companies, which until then were not found in the offers that were offered to them (registration fees, lack of return on investment, infinite quotes, etc.) , the platform improves the connection, the qualification of the client and allows to establish the notoriety and the referencing of these companies: the objective of this independent platform is indeed to contribute to develop the turnover of the craftsmen.
The online process for artisans is simple and free, and without subscription, a commission is assessed on invoicing at a variable rate depending on the amount of work. In order to optimize the signature rate, the projects are qualified upstream by a customer relations service and a maximum of two companies are selected. This local service will also advise the client on his project, particularly with regard to energy renovation works.
The craftsman is in charge of sending a quote to customers and receiving the work, then invoicing directly. The platform is responsible for relaunching customers and cashing, which optimizes customer relations and the successful completion of work.
A range of services for the benefit of artisans and customers
The demands for changes in service are more and more significant in the construction economy, both for customers and for craftsmen. So, 360works offers several services to facilitate contact: making appointments by SMS, tracking invoices reducing administrative tasks, the offer of amicable mediation in the event of difficulties, an electronic agenda and financial advice and commercial. The platform also provides a "360 gear" service in order to encourage the exchange of material between craftsmen.
Sabine Basili, vice-president of CAPEB: “Today, artisans have many platform offers on the web… but they do not always know how to refer to this multitude of services. Our platform project is part of a desire to provide them with a serious and quality solution. We want to support craft construction companies in order to boost their activity but also to build a real network of trust. "
Join the community of artisans on www.360travaux.com
The platform, open to all construction companies, will be accessible to individual customers from spring 2019. Craftsmen wishing to join 360travaux must meet several types of conditions, including administrative and relevant to the skills of the company. Thus the company must for example be registered in the trades directory or the trade register and be up to date with its insurance and social contributions. It must also be able to justify its skills by any means at its disposal: diplomas, experiences, training or site references.
The platform asks the craftsman to sign a customer engagement charter which indicates in particular that companies are working seriously (establishing clear and detailed quotes, respecting deadlines, respecting standards, etc.), a pledge of confidence for the customer.
To join 360works, the craftsman is required to answer several questions in order to configure his profile, then he will be asked to communicate:
- A presentation of the company: company logo, photo of the site, photo of the craftsman
- Two customer references to reassure the future customer
- The insurance certificate (if the craftsman is qualified Qualibat, this is not necessary).
- Details of its business specificities
Patrick Liébus, President of CAPEB: “Our great tool is us, it is our strength! It is to come together, to offer innovative offers to our customers while preserving our proximity values, our artisanal values, values that we have known and defended for a long time. Our sector has managed to build this trust with its customers, we hope today that it will be the watchword of this project! "
Guillaume de Maussion, President of the digital platform for building craftsmen: “In a few years, we have gone from a yellow-page directory to a multitude of quote comparators. It's interesting, but the price alone does not answer the customer's question "Who to choose?". Starting with guaranteeing confidence in your choice is a prerequisite. This is the mission of 360travaux®. "
Xavier Ducurtil, COVEA Strategic Marketing Director:“Our strength at COVEA is to have 12 million customers. We have built a service platform and we are looking for trusted craftsmen. This is why we, your historic partner, are here: we were quickly convinced by this solid and lasting project. Our support is strong, including the COVEA Comex. But we will be very demanding partners. The eco-system of this shareholders' pact is solid, clever, simple and straightforward in business. "
Michel Cottet, Managing Director of SIAGI:“We really believe in this platform. It will contribute in an exemplary way to the economic development of the sector in which we actively participate through our profession of financial guarantor ”
Myriam Maestroni, President of ECONOMIE D'ENERGIE:“My voice adds to the general satisfaction. This work of reflection has matured with economic and climatic developments. I think that business is done because it is in a good general context. We are all victims of bad platforms, ours will be different. Nor should we forget that the energy saving sector is also a growth factor for companies. "
Joël Schoenher Artisan Administrator of ORCAB: “ORCAB is pleased to be associated with this cooperative project. Upstream, I had met CAPEB and synergy potentials appeared immediately. We quickly subscribed to a logic of sharing. We will also be demanding in terms of values, because it is quality that will make the difference in the face of platform avalanches. If we guarantee quality, then we guarantee our success ”
Frédéric Faugeroux, President of COOP 3.0:“To meet the challenge of the digital transition and to face the development of sales reps powered by intermediation sites, the building craftsmen had to create a tool preserving the confidence of the individual and putting the quality of work and comfort back at the center housing. Today almost no website takes into account the needs and priorities of companies. 360travaux takes into account the opinion and the voice of its artisan users through the COOP 3.0 of which I am the President. Thanks to this cooperation, our platform responds to the values of building craftsmanship and makes it possible to find a local and qualified craftsman, even via the internet. "
