ANRU and FFB together for employment and integration in priority areas of the city

The integration objectives of the New National Urban Renewal Program (NPNRU) and the FFB's mobilization in favor of employment find a concrete echo here. The establishment of qualitative pathways to employment constitutes an opportunity for the beneficiaries and facilitates recruitment for construction companies.

This national charter has three main objectives:

• make the contracting authorities, in conjunction with the structure responsible for monitoring integration, aware of the possibility of counting “Young Talent Builders” from priority districts of the city policy within the framework of the integration objectives of the NPNRU;
• give visibility to local businesses on urban renewal projects supported by ANRU;
• raise awareness among those involved in integration and employment of the FFB's approach and put them in touch with companies supporting people who can integrate the “15 Young Talent Builders” operation.

Olivier Klein, president of ANRU, declares “The ANRU and the FFB are historical partners in the framework of national urban renewal programs. Through this signature, we are acting in two ways: by reinforcing our common commitment in favor of the employment of the inhabitants of the QPVs and by mobilizing ourselves so that the labor needs, essential to the realization of the many projects of the NPNRU, are provided. The FFB's commitment is a sign of the companies' willingness to reach out to young people in the neighborhoods and offer them pathways to employment ”

Olivier Salleron, president of the FFB, declares “Employment is still a priority for construction companies. The 2021 trend bears witness to this, despite activity still struggling. The FFB is mobilized and hopes that many talents will join our sector of activity because there are many opportunities and career development in all regions ”.
