The Agency's missions have adapted to the challenges of the private park, and its intervention tools have evolved to meet the needs of households and communities: from access to sanitary comfort in old centers in the 70s to energy issues from the 80s to the challenges of ecological transition today, including intervention on degraded condominiums, adaptation of housing to loss of autonomy or the fight against substandard housing.
Since its creation, the Agency has worked to improve private housing. By allowing as many people as possible, and first and foremost the most modest, to live in dignified and comfortable housing, it fights against social, territorial and energy divides.
To celebrate this anniversary, Anah is setting up a special digital device to put the Agency's history into perspective, enhance the daily commitment of its network and illustrate its action in the regions. On a dedicated platform, 50ans.anah.fr, it offers :
- A digital exhibition, which traces the missions and challenges of the Agency from 1971 to today;
- A video portrait series, which highlights the daily commitment of agents to support the territories and all the French;
- A podcast series, which gives voice to the territorial network, partners and beneficiaries of Agency aid on the various intervention programs (humanization of accommodation centers, intervention on condominiums, revitalization of old centers, energy renovation, etc.).
- A BD "Renovating the habitat to repair the city" which translates the agency's action alongside residents and local authorities into a design.
