This achievement, located in the town of Isle d'Abeau in Isère, is the first construction project in the Rhône-Alpes region to apply the constraints of this experiment which values positive energy and carbon reduction, foreshadowing the future environmental regulations 2020.
"As a construction player wishing to engage in differentiating and responsible projects, we have taken up this challenge," explains Michaël Chamboissier, associate manager of Atelier MCA. The idea germinated about 1 year ago, when the experiment was launched and this label fed the meetings of builders of individual houses and design offices. We then decided to apply the requirements of the E + C- standard to a house project already sold and the construction of which had just started. From the point of view of the study, as on the financial level, it was inevitably necessary to readjust the initial contours of the project but we were accompanied by partners involved. "
For the construction method of this house with a 165 m² living space, the YTONG Compact 22,5 wall was chosen. The all-electric heating, produced by an EDF Habitat Partner, is provided by an Daikin Altherma Air / Water heat pump. The system is powered by a 1,5 kWp photovoltaic installation on a terrace roof signed by Imerys Toiture. This solution makes it possible to reach level E3 in positive energy.
"The calculations, as well as the implementation of the different materials and equipment, were greatly facilitated by the support, which we benefited from from each industrialist," welcomes Michaël Chamboissier. " And to continue: “Beyond the figures, it is the comfort of the inhabitants that is the real indicator. In summer, the TIC (Indoor Comfort Temperature) will be very good thanks to the thermal phase shift of the cellular concrete which, combined with the new PAC (Heat pump) from Daikin, which will allow customers to gain in quality of life in daily and in consumption! "
Performance figures:
- Primary Energy Consumption (Cep): 19,9 kWh / m² / year, which represents a gain of 60% compared to RT 2012
- Bioclimatic need (Bbio): 53,6 with a gain of 14% compared to RT 2012
- Interior comfort temperature (Tic), summer comfort: 27,9
- Energy performance: the house is classified A with a consumption of 17,5 kWhEP / m² / year
- Air permeability: measured at 0,19 m3 / (h.m²)
- Surface of photovoltaic panels: 8,1 m² representing 1500 Wp
- Estimated greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions: 2,3 kg éqCO2 / year, also classified A
