2022-2025 roadmap
- Bringing the CEKAL standard to life in step with technical developments for a demanding certification program, adapted to regulations and technological developments in the sector.
- Monitor developments in European texts and adapt to them.
- Facilitate the training of certified centers in normative developments relating to the manufacture of products falling within CEKAL's field of competence.
- Finally complete the return to cruising speed after the pandemic crisis, with continued vigilance in monitoring and evaluating the constituents that equip the glazing.
- Carry out Cofrac's annual assessments.
- Discuss with the certified centers and inform them, via the CEKAL Regional Meetings organized each year with a new program. In 2022, they will take place in Nancy on May 12, in Grenoble on July 5 (with a visit to the CSTB laboratories), in Bordeaux on October 19.
- Participate in the big meeting of building stakeholders with the CEKAL conference organized on October 5, 2022 on Batimat.
- Communicate with users, in particular through the provision of videos on inspections and marking for insulating, laminated and tempered glazing and continue to offer an open and transparent website.
A word from Nelly Philipponnat: the dedication and involvement alongside me of the members of the new Bureau, of the presidents and members of the commissions and committees to our common cause will, as always, be essential to achieve the objective of a rigorous certification that benefits all stakeholders . We will be keen to bring the reference system to life in step with technical developments, to follow the evolution of European texts as closely as possible and to adapt to them, to evaluate the constituents that equip the glazing, and not to let our guard down in terms of confidentiality and impartiality
