KS groupe launches the M PARC project in Hoerdt in the Bas-Rhin

A set of 3 buildings for a total area of ​​3.846 m², the remaining area will be dedicated to green spaces. Designed and built by KS group, the project will be marketed by the group's real estate subsidiary, KS promotion.

M PARC - A commercial building with 13 lots (building A)

The third site of this park is a 2.642m² space comprising 13 lots (from 148 to 294m²) available for sale. Offices, showroom, services, storage spaces ... each cell is independent, with exterior access. Delivered raw, these spaces could of course be the subject of a tailor-made arrangement by KS group or one of its subsidiaries.

M PARC - CAR COLLECTION BOX (building B)

This ultra secure building of 1.594 m² called Car Collection Box is a French first! A space reserved for the parking of prestige and competition vehicles. An innovative and exclusive solution since this type of construction is not available anywhere else in France. Spaces delivered raw and suitable for conversion, 9 lots ranging from 144 to 358 m² (with mezzanine), allowing the storage of 4 cars for the little ones and up to 8 cars for the older ones. Each box also has an outdoor parking space.

In addition, an equipped workshop, common to the 9 boxes, is available to lot owners.
