Normabaie is launching a new aluminum gate post on the market: KRÉA 180. In addition to its neat aesthetics, it adapts to all implementations and meets installers' need for efficiency with its adjustable base for simple installation. and fast.

In its approach to support installers, the Normabaie Group has developed a gate post that meets the technical and time constraints of professionals. Emmanuel Salvignac, manager of the Egide production site in Taden (22), and his team have been working on the project since the end of 2022. “We know the constraints of installers and their concern for performance. For the installation of the gates, they want to avoid the masonry which requires them to return to the site 2 weeks later. They regularly asked us for a solution to do everything in the same day. We therefore worked on the principle of plug & play*”.

They have thus designed an aluminum post with an adjustable base with invisible fixing which represents a real alternative to sealing. An innovation for which the patent is registered.

A unique intervention on construction sites

KREA 180 adapts to all applications, with or without sealing but also on the wall.

The version with an adjustable base is the ideal alternative to traditional laying because it does not require any concrete sealing. A single intervention will suffice for the installer to install the posts and the gate at his customers' premises.

The access hatch, which allows the base to be fixed to the ground, facilitates the use of tools and the passage of cables. The plumb is adjusted with extreme ease.

This 40 cm high invisible stainless steel base is inserted into the post to ensure its robustness. Reinforcements of 50 x 5 mm placed inside the post ensure the maintenance of the gate whatever its type of installation (swinging or sliding).

Product tests have revealed its resistance. For large gates, the base is equipped with a welded plate for better seating. Lacquered, it also aims to be aesthetic and facilitates installation.

KREA 180 is fitted with a 4 mm decorative cover, flush with the post, which allows a wide variety of customizations: two-tone, engraving, custom laser cutting and aluminum decorations.
