Korian France certified Top Employer in 2022

Korian France obtained an overall score of 70,12%, exceeding the 60% required to obtain the standard. The results show particularly high scores in terms of managing and organizing Korian France's HR policy, but also regarding its practices as an employer brand and inclusion.

The very comprehensive audit that preceded this certification covered 400 HR practices divided into six major areas (Managing, Organizing, Attracting, Developing, Engaging and Gathering) covering a total of 20 themes including talent management strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, training and skills development, well-being at work, and diversity and inclusion.
