QUALITEL Espace Numérique du Logement, a subsidiary of the QUALITEL Association, is launching CLÉA: a digital solution designed to simplify the lives of those involved in building houses and future owners.
Throughout the project, CLÉA facilitates and strengthens the quality of the relationship between the professional (builder, promoter, architect, prime contractor, company, etc.) and its customers, in particular enabling the latter to better follow the evolution of the construction site and appropriate their home.

Contract, site monitoring, reception, handling ...: throughout a single-family home project, the quality of customer relations is fundamental. But it is not always easy to quickly answer all the owners' questions, integrate them fully into the project, whatever the stage, or allow them to easily access documents and information whenever they want. - keys.
It is in this spirit that QUALITEL Espace Numérique du Logement has designed and developed CLÉA, a digital solution dedicated to the home.
Objective: to facilitate the daily life of construction players, whether they are builders, developers, architects, prime contractor, companies, etc., with a practical and interactive tool.
On the professional side: easier everyday life, stronger customer relations
Specifically adapted to the challenges of customer relations in the field of detached houses under construction, CLÉA integrates 3 essential functionalities to enable professionals to provide their customers with high added value service:
A secure space * to centralize, store and share with customers all the information and documents of the house: commercial proposal, plans, contract and descriptive notice, etc.
An interactive tool to streamline communication with customers: monitoring and progress of the site, sending photos, invitations to visits, etc.
A personalized maintenance guide for each house.
Beyond the strengthening of customer support, it is also on the simplicity of use that the QUALITEL teams have worked particularly to make CLÉA a facilitating tool on a daily basis. With a few clicks, professionals can in particular:
Create, with as little input as possible, the space dedicated to the project;
Automatically enter the main information of the project and the site, by simply downloading the thermal study in XML format and indicating the address of the house;
Create standard models of houses, duplicable / adaptable to other projects;
Easily customize the list of equipment, from a library regularly updated according to technical developments, information, notices and advice written by QUALITEL experts.
On the owner's side: an additional service, before, during and after the site
With CLÉA, via a dedicated access, protected by a personal code, individuals can:

This support service also continues beyond delivery with automatic reminders for equipment maintenance, as well as a tool for monitoring energy consumption in accordance with article 23 of RT 2012, available in option by the end of 2020.
