KE reinvents the outdoor comfort of an apartment

In Venice, Jesolo has been one of the most important tourist centers on the Adriatic since the 1950s. In the heart of one of its new districts, it hosts a holiday residence with modern architecture, one of apartments has been the subject of embellishment work. The project was to create continuity between the living room and the terrace, in a perfect stylistic balance. It was a question of transforming the balcony/terrace into a new and large single and versatile living room (indoor/outdoor mix) with precious additional m2.

The sleek style of the Gennius Vega pergola suited the project perfectly, both as an aesthetic and functional protection solution. Equipped with personalized finishes such as diffused light LED inserts, the Gennius Vega pergola has thus made it possible to create an ideal lounge area to enjoy the terrace in the evening all year round. Vertika side blinds have also been added to provide protection and privacy.

General technical information installed products

Pergola Gennius Vega:

Retractable fabric by packing fixed on crosspieces which slide horizontally by means of carriages and guides.

Maximum dimensions 1300 x 700 cm with column height 300 cm and coverage area 91 m².
Wind resistance up to class 6 (EN 13561: 2015). GTOT sun protection class (EN 14501: 2006) assigned by the installed fabric. The product has CE marking (EN 13561: 2015).
Motorized movement by anemometer with possibility of remote management via home automation devices.

Various options available, including:

Lighting with LED strip: the structure has several slots for the insertion of LEDs which guarantee diffused and evenly distributed lighting.
Possibility of completing the installation with a LINE GLASS sliding panoramic glass closure.
And for total closure, possibility of adding fixed side triangles.
