Following a thorough analysis of its activities, Kawneer has undertaken a transformation of its organizational structure and management model in Europe.

Objectives:

• To improve the clarity of responsibilities,
• To streamline decision-making processes,
• Better meet the expectations of local markets.

Present in France, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, the company is thus equipping itself with a more agile organization, designed to support the evolutions of the construction and facades sector.

Novastruct: a new identity to support the group's ambitions

As part of this transformation, Kawneer will gradually adopt the name Novastruct. The official launch of the new brand will take place on May 28, 2026, followed by a phased rollout across all communications in its three European markets. This evolution reflects the group's desire to assert a renewed identity focused on innovation, sustainability, and performance.

Strengthened European governance to support growth

The transformation is accompanied by a strengthening of the management team:

• Nico Klomp appointed CEO EUROPE
• Marc van Rijswijk appointed Chief Financial Officer EUROPE (CFO)

Additional management recruitment is also planned in France and the United Kingdom to consolidate local expertise and support business development.
