The first part is devoted to the estimate with automation of the measurements of the facades, as well as singular elements specific to each site, to produce a complete estimate from the first meeting. All the configurations are proposed to establish a personalized estimate (taking into account windows and balconies, details of the implementation, type of coating, etc.). The professional can thus configure his site in the smallest details, and even add photos for better monitoring.

To adapt to each company, ITE360 offers a product library of more than 700 references, including the various existing insulation systems (EPS, rock wool, wood fiber, cork, etc.) and all the equipment necessary for implementation of the site: from the scaffolding to the facade coating, through the angles, the joints or the offset systems. Once these elements have been recorded, the calculation of the installation times necessary for the site is done automatically to define the hourly cost. The application also takes into account the aid and legal subsidies to be deducted when the configuration of the site allows it. Saving time for the craftsman, the application includes a price list (material and labor), which can be modified according to its own scales.

As soon as the estimate is accepted, the site part takes over with daily monitoring of the progress of the project, dedicated teams and the time allocated.

Directly from the application, the user distributes his teams to the various construction sites in progress, specifying the time spent. He thus sees live the progress of the projects and the possible adjustments to be made according to the initial estimate which is recorded as a benchmark of time for the realization. Once the assignment of teams has been recorded, each employee receives an email directly with the details of their assignment. In addition to site monitoring, the application thus makes it possible to manage its teams by knowing precisely the working time per person and by site and taking into account absences and holidays if necessary. ITE360 thus becomes a precise and daily updated HR management tool!

Finally, when the site is finalized, the invoice is generated in 1 click from the initial estimate and the adjustments made during the work. VAT rates are also recorded per product and a VAT certificate is automatically generated.
