Today at the head of the FFB Artisans, it is the defense of the interests and needs of artisan building entrepreneurs that will be able to benefit from his energy and determination. The situation is difficult for construction SMEs which are suffering from inflation in raw materials and energy, as well as labor shortages. They need the active support of the entire sector. The new president wishes, as a priority:
- Develop the visibility of our Apprentice Training Centers, make them known to artisans, so that they can play a proactive role in the training of future generations for the sustainability of our professions.
- Highlight the know-how of building craftsmen, by fighting against bad practices and fraud, while advocating respect between the different players in the sector.
- Support companies in their digital, energy and technical transition to respond in particular to the public challenges of the energy renovation of buildings, particularly salient in Ile-de-France.
For Isabel Talaia: “The FFB Artisans brings together a diverse community, made up of numerous artisanal businesses which cover all trades in the sector. It is this weight and diversity that makes us strong, and I will strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and heard. Today there are political issues on the subject and I am full of optimism about the future of the Building Crafts. »
