The re-election of the directors and that of its president, on April 19, for a three-year term will allow INOHA to continue to implement the strategic plan "INOHA 2025: Together, let's cross a course!" » with three priorities: CSR, the exchange of experiences and the deciphering of economic data and consumption trends.
“The sites are huge and exciting. INOHA will be at the side of its members to continue to accompany them” declares Jean-Luc Guéry.
A year in the making
In its latest activity report, INOHA looks back on the highlights that punctuated the year 2022. While this was marked by a marked slowdown in the activity of New Habitat manufacturers in volume (-13%), inflation keeps the sector positive. The dynamic experienced in 2020 and 2021 therefore tends to fade. However, the desire for housing of the French remains important and structurally, the market is still buoyant. In this context, manufacturers must better understand consumer expectations and respond to the environmental challenges they face.
In 2022, INOHA is strongly committed to these subjects to enlighten its members, build solutions together and influence its ecosystem. This is particularly illustrated by the following actions: . signature of the new Code of Conduct with the FMB / Fédération des Magasins de Bricolage;
- creation of INODATA, the Business Intelligence platform, a veritable observatory of the economy and New Housing trends which promotes the decryption of data and knowledge of the market;
- proactive policy in terms of supporting its members on CSR issues with the organization of webinars on the implementation of the two new REP sectors / Extended Producer Responsibility DIY and Garden Items (ABJ) and Building (PMCB) ), the signing of a partnership with the Ecomaison eco-organisation, etc. A common approach has also been taken towards a low-carbon industry. The association has also carried out its own carbon footprint.
INOHA's strong investment in 2022 with its members is reflected in a very encouraging satisfaction rate, with an increase in the Net Promoter Score* (NPS) of 15 points in two years to reach 58 in the rate of commitment of members to recommend the association! In addition, 20 new companies joined INOHA in 2022.
