Val d'Oise Habitat, a departmental public office, is building a series of 21 houses, with attic conversions, off-site 3D modular, to deliver 40 new social housing units in Mériel in 2026. The innovative off-site concept of this residence is part of a logic of reducing the carbon footprint through the use of bio-sourced materials.
