Clareo HighBay industrial luminaire with Sensor detectors: up to 90% energy savings

CLAREO has developed SENSOR screw-in detectors for this product (Smart Lighting solution) enabling intelligent lighting management and considerable energy savings.

Indeed, various studies reveal that warehouse occupancy rates are often very low, around 5 to 10%. Thus, the addition of presence detectors in the industrial environment allows for energy savings of up to 90%.

Performance in the service of energy efficiency

The design of the HighBay ACCESS 4 has been the subject of particular attention, in order to offer the most efficient and effective product possible: numerous aluminum fins on the top of the luminaire to facilitate heat dissipation, very high quality LEDs offering a luminaire output efficiency of 160 lm/W, suspended installation with the integrated ring or surface mounting.

The HighBay ACCESS 4 can also be equipped in a few seconds with a screw-in infrared presence detector (PIR) SENSOR (settings via remote control) or SENSOR+ (settings via smartphone or tablet) allowing intelligent lighting management (modification of lighting power, detection sensitivity, hold time, twilight threshold, time and power of the switch-off warning).

This feature significantly improves energy efficiency by adjusting lighting based on presence, but also ensures simplified installation and optimal adaptability to illuminate different spaces and traffic areas.

A major project

Within the Vatry industrial zone in the Marne, CLAREO in collaboration with its client the installer SOGETREL AMIENS is currently equipping 1 warehouse made up of 3 spaces with a total surface area of ​​30.000 m2 with 465 ACCESS 4 HighBays.

To meet the end customer's requirements for intelligent lighting management and energy optimization, 376 SENSOR detectors will be integrated, guaranteeing a lighting solution that is both efficient and eco-responsible.

A product for all environments, even the most demanding

With fluxes ranging from 11.000 lm (for the 70W version) to 32.000 lm (for the 200W version), its UGR <25 with the aluminium reflector (available as an option) and its CRI > 80, the HighBay ACCESS 4 offers high performance to provide the best possible lighting in workshops or industrial premises: places where these high technical specifications are essential.

With its IP65 water and dust protection rating, IK10 impact resistance rating and operating temperature of -30°C to 50°C, the ACCESS 4 HighBay offers rugged durability.
