If they are not from the start, it becomes more difficult to set up a posteriori the systems for ventilating, controlling and controlling the quality of the indoor air.

Beyond the passive characteristics linked to the building envelope, we must therefore also be concerned with the active part of the systems which take into account in real time the conditions of use of the buildings and ultimately make it possible to optimize the day-to-day health, comfort and energy.
