Driven by the desire to offer the best in design, interior comfort and energy saving, "Les Maisons de Loire", builder of custom-made detached houses in Loiret and Loir-et-Cher, chose ALKERN and CONFORT + 1.85 concrete blocks for the first positive energy house in the Center Val-de-Loire region. A little math ...

The consumption of heating and hot water for the 186 m² living space is estimated at less than € 1,95 / day or € 712 / year.
