The first floating wind turbine of the Provence Grand Large project, in the Mediterranean, has been installed, 17 km off the coast of Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône (Bouches-du-Rhône), announced Tuesday, September 19, EDF Renouvelables, carrier of this program with the Canadian Enbridge.
