In a difficult market context, certified quality, particularly environmental, remained the priority of a large number of collective housing players in 2020: the NF Habitat HQE certification, which targets additional requirements in terms of compliance with the environment, quality of life and economic performance, recorded an increase of 14% for collective housing under construction. A trend in favor of sustainable housing which is also confirmed on the label side.
