Icade Promotion and Ideal Groupe sign a partnership

This agreement allows Icade Promotion to accelerate its development by partnering in secure operations and IDEAL Groupe to rely on a solid group. The two players have also agreed on a preferential right for Icade Promotion on all future development projects.

In a difficult market context, Icade Promotion and IDEAL Groupe have decided to combine their respective skills over the long term to co-develop real estate operations. The partnership provides for the principles of a three-stage collaboration.

First, in the short term, Icade Promotion has purchased on its own account two operations located in Pontchâteau (44) and Saint-Vincent de Paul (33), comprising 44 and 56 housing units respectively and representing a turnover of around €15 million.

In a second phase, the two groups plan to co-promote around twenty operations of 50 housing units on average, with start-ups scheduled between the end of 2024 and the end of 2025.

Finally, the partnership provides for a principle of collaboration between the two groups on all future projects of IDEAL Groupe, and this for two years. This last point allows the partnership to be established over time.

This partnership offers Icade the opportunity to position itself in the development of attractive operations in the short and medium term. For IDEAL Groupe, it is about securing these operations and giving itself the means to accelerate the development of a substantial pipeline of projects.

All of the operations identified are located in economically dynamic regions, particularly around the urban areas in which IDEAL Groupe has been established for several years, such as Nantes, Angers, Bordeaux, Lyon, Grenoble, and in the Paris region.
