Train professionals to support French households
To contribute to the challenge of energy transition and thus meet government objectives, 300.000 homes renovated per year by 2030, and 700.000 per year between 2030 and 2050, the Hellio group, a leading player in energy efficiency in France, launched Hellio Académie at the start of the 2023 school year, a Qualiopi-certified training organization intended for energy transition professionals. The Hellio Académie teams of trainers organize training programs adapted to the profiles and challenges of each participant.
In order to train professionals in the Mon Accompagnateur Rénov' system, Hellio Académie is offering training this fall in partnership with L'atelier des Chefs, a training organization for manual and human professions, expert in the digitalization of content training and innovative pedagogies.
Since September 1, the status of Rénov' Supporter is now open to new public and private actors. Historical operators, architects and design offices are now eligible for approval.
To support them, Hellio Académie and L'atelier des Chefs will provide comprehensive teaching throughout the learning process with 31 hours of training covering the concrete issues of the system, the skills required to become My Rénov' Accompanist, the systems of aid as well as setting up a financing plan.
A hybrid training course combining e-learning and distance learning: 24 hours will be devoted to an online course, which grants total autonomy to the learner. During this learning time, participants will benefit from personalized monitoring thanks to the support of a coach who ensures that they resolve difficulties linked to a drop in motivation, the creation of the approval application file or skills. particular.
Once the online course is completed, the learner will have the opportunity to register for the virtual classroom course, for a duration of 7 hours, where practical activities will be offered by a Hellio Académie trainer. To participate in the training, professionals have the possibility of being partially financed by Skills Operators (OPCO).
Hellio Académie aims to train 500 professionals in the first year.
