Hellio announces the appointment of Tanguy Dupont as Vice President of the Hellio group, in charge of the Housing division

Tanguy Dupont, Vice-President of the group, in charge of the Housing division, a career committed to a growing sector

While the political situation is unstable and energy renovation has experienced many upheavals over the past several months, the credits allocated, particularly within the framework of MaPrimeRénov' for co-ownerships, benefit from a stability that should allow trustees and co-owners to undertake ambitious work in order to respond to major climate challenges.

A graduate of a Master's degree in Business Administration from Shanghai Jiaotong University (2015), and after initial international experience in banking (Caceis Hong Kong, Crédit Agricole) and in the Food and Beverage Industry (Monin, Shanghai), Tanguy Dupont joined Hellio in 2017 with the aim of developing offers and partnerships with players in the collective residential sector in France.

In 2019, he took over the management of the “Collective Housing” division in order to continue the work carried out since 2017 for co-ownerships and diversify the offers aimed at construction companies competent in collective residential housing while developing an offer for social landlords.

In the first half of 2024, he will take charge of all activities related to the company's collective and individual housing.

Alongside his responsibilities within Hellio, he created the Afast association (Financial, Administrative, Social and Technical Support) alongside Laurent Demas and Fatima-Zohra Mekrebi, which aims to give voice to Project Management Assistants (PMAs), key players in energy renovation projects in co-ownerships.

Firmly committed to the co-ownership ecosystem, and more broadly, to Housing, Tanguy Dupont has been promoted to Vice President of Hellio, in charge of the Housing division. Now leading a large team, he ensures the coordination and sustainability of offers combining technical and financial engineering to all of our clients in the various Housing segments:

• The co-ownership with Louis-Marie Gillier,
• Social housing with Laurence Mahoudeau,
• Individual housing with Etienne Duhot
• Partnerships with construction companies for collective and individual housing, with Thomas Bon and François-Xavier Mathieu,
