GSO Capital Partners acquires KP1

Founded in 1959 in Avignon, KP1 now has 39 sites in France including 21 production plants and employs over 1700 people. Since its creation, KP1 has been a pioneer in providing intelligent solutions in the field of prestressed concrete, for all types of construction (individual houses, collective housing and non-residential buildings).
