Located on avenue de Bourgogne in Chevilly-Larue (94), this aerial car park will extend over 11.500 m² of floor space and will thus allow SEMMARIS to benefit from the GSE GOLDBECK construction system in France.
A fast construction site in a very busy site
Realized on behalf of SEMMARIS, the property manager of the Rungis market, this aerial car park will offer 445 multi-purpose spaces (LCV, LV and VIP area) on 5 levels, located on a plot of only 2.300 m² in the heart of the international market. , instead of a traditional surface car park. “Not only will the site have to allow the continuity of the car park's activity, but the site is one of the busiest in France. This is a real challenge for the GSE teams” explains Yoann Castel, in charge of this project.
The aerial car park will be the first to benefit from the GSE GOLDBECK approach. “Entirely prefabricated, all the elements are built in the factory and assembled on site like Legos. This construction method allows very good quality monitoring, optimization of materials and therefore a reduction in the consumption of raw materials and a very short construction schedule,” explains Maxime Ochin, director of the Parking activity at GSE. To the speed of this prefabricated method, the GOLDBECK approach adds many environmental advantages: a facade in recycled wood signed ABA Workshop, a shade of photovoltaic panels on the roof. At the client's request, GSE is studying a local solution to offset the carbon weight of the structure.
The just-in-time construction site will start in September 2022 for delivery in April 2023. A second car park in Pessac (33) is also planned to represent GSE-GOLDBECK's second location in France.
Objective, to revolutionize parking with many associated services
Thanks to its industrialized production method, completely prefabricated and ready for construction, this allows GSE to present a particularly competitive offer, displaying prices between 15 and 20% lower than the cost of a parking space in a "traditional" car park. on the French market. This industrialized and integrated manufacturing process also allows unique deployment times.
Real tools at the service of mobility, GSE offers comfortable, intelligent and sustainable solutions. These car parks integrate the new technologies implemented in this field, guaranteeing optimal quality and safety: guidance in place, digital management of the car park, access control by recognition of the license plate, intelligent lighting, dynamic staking and offer countless possibilities on architectural design. In addition, they allow a 20% reduction in the carbon footprint compared to market solutions.
