This SME wishes to develop its activity and will rely for this on the expertise of Transports LECAMUS and this new tool of 2300 m².
Modern and functional messaging
Built on 22 m² of land and designed by the architecture firm SOHO ATLAS, this new building complex will offer a total area of 000 m², including office space of 2 m², and 300 m² dedicated to messaging.
The sorting platform, organized in cross-docks (organization mode of logistics flows making it possible to articulate and cross supply flows from suppliers with delivery flows to delivery points), will allow a flow optimal logistics, serving 20 loading docks.
For Ruth Soufflet Development Manager at GSE: “This cross-dock flow organization solution corresponds to our client's business, we were able to discuss and advise him on the choice of equipment and the technical sizing of the maneuvering areas. GSE is recognized for this logistical expertise and this is what Pascal Lecamus appreciated and chose by trusting us for the construction of his second platform. »
This new site meets the growth needs of the TSF Distribution company, bought by Transports Lecamus and based in Lisieux (14).
For Alexandre Lecamus, TSF Express Manager: “We wanted a reliable partner for a major project for our company. TSF Distribution is a young company in the Lecamus group, and there was no question of considering this project without a specialist. GSE, thanks to its in-depth expertise in the field, succeeded in implementing it with support that was as close as possible to our expectations. »
A photovoltaic panel roof
Benefiting from a particularly neat design, the office spaces will also meet the standards of RT 2012. In the same spirit, the entire roof will be equipped with photovoltaic panels.
For Ruth Soufflet Development Manager at GSE: “With 100% of the roof equipped, we exceed the minimum required by the climate energy law, i.e. 30%. In the sustainable development approach that we put in place for all of our projects and with the aim of simplifying the act of building, we support our customers, like Mr. LECAMUS, in anticipating the future. Our partner in photovoltaics has also been able to offer a formula adapted to the needs of the company, to the specific regulations due to the proximity of an airport, while ensuring long-term management. As a conductor, it is important for GSE to be a global contractor. »
This project was developed in close collaboration with Châteauroux Métropole, which supported GSE and M.LECAMUS in all the administrative procedures. The responsiveness of the teams, transparency and their commitment were key success factors.
