One more step towards achieving its mission: to enable more SMEs in the construction industry to implement better management practices often reserved for large groups.
Graneet was born in 2020 from a double observation: the managers of SMEs in the construction industry lack the time to manage the administrative and financial monitoring of their construction sites. Automating processes would save them precious time, and yet the sector is in need of digitization: the range of commercial construction management software is aging and ill-suited to the needs of SMEs. These solutions offer interfaces that are complex to use and not accessible on the move.
Graneet provides a solution designed specifically for SMEs in the construction industry in which the user experience is central. The software is developed in co-construction with its customers to ensure that each feature fits perfectly with business needs.
The management control module was thus co-produced with a hundred SME partners who are experts in the subject. Historically, the platform allows its customers to do costing, direct or progress invoices, then to point the associated receipts. It now makes it possible to record and allocate expenses for labour, supplies or subcontracting by site, while controlling the margin in real time. Thanks to these new functionalities, SMEs will be able to set up a rigorous management of their activity in a simple way.
For Nicholas Chupin, leader of SOCRA et ARCOA : “What makes Graneet's added value is its ease of use and handling, which make it an ally for the manager in managing his activity. »
For Enzo Dozias, co-founder and Chief Product Officer: “There are many SMEs in the construction industry who navigate by sight and do not have a precise and real-time vision of their profitability by site. With Graneet, they will now be able to avoid unpleasant surprises and benefit from a follow-up that was previously only available to large companies with a financial department. »
Graneet will also be present at Batimat from October 3 to 6, 2022, on stand 1B36, to
present this innovation.
