Gerflor signs agreement to acquire DLW's linoleum activities

This agreement provides in particular for the takeover by Gerflor of the industrial site in Delmenhorst (Germany) and part of the sales teams and support functions.

This agreement allows DLW's linoleum activities, after several years of uncertainty, to join the Gerflor SAS group.

Gerflor SAS is a world leader in flooring, having already successfully integrated and developed strong brands such as Taraflex and Mipolam. The DLW brand and its activities will thus benefit from Gerflor's international dimension, its capacity for innovation and its support for customers.

Gerflor and DLW have a long-standing cooperation on the French market, where Gerflor has distributed DLW linoleum products since 2011.

This acquisition will allow Gerflor to complete its portfolio of products in resilient floors with a solution particularly recognized for its robustness and durability. With this activity, Gerflor will offer its customers an even wider range in some of its priority markets such as health, education, housing, sport or commerce. With this acquisition, Gerflor also becomes one of the major manufacturers of resilient floors in Germany.
