GDG Investissements acquires a 4.000 m² office building in Paris from Fragonard Assurances of the Allianz Group

On the edge of Batignolles, Martin Luther King Park and Boulevard des Maréchaux, the building benefits from a privileged location in a mixed economic environment, where diversity has become very attractive with a wide programmatic variety (housing, offices, shops proximity) and public spaces with parks.

The site is both very accessible, both by individual and public transport, from Paris and the whole of Île-de-France thanks to its direct access to the ring road and the "Porte de Clichy" stop connecting the lines metro 13 and 14, RER C and tram 3b.

The project will be designed and built by the architect Manal Rachdi-Agence OXO.

Delivery is scheduled for the 3rd quarter of 2025.
