The group of promoters - investors made up of GA Smart Building, Crédit Agricole Immobilier Corporate and Promotion, Equinox and Progama, won the consultation launched by JLL on behalf of Stellantis, a major player in mobility resulting from the merger in 2021 of the PSA group. and FCA (FIAT Chrysler Automobiles).
Located on the banks of the Seine, in Poissy, near Saint-Germain-en-Laye and designed by the architecture firm Patriarche, this building complex will include 8 tertiary buildings.
Designed to be extremely efficient from an environmental point of view and resilient to climate change, the buildings developed by Crédit Agricole Immobilier Corporate et Promotion and GA Smart Building will have excellent thermal performance thanks to architectural choices (bioclimatic design of buildings, optimization volumes, quantities of materials, etc.). The high level of environmental requirement is also conferred by the technologies developed by GA Smart Building.
