Franck DESSEMON, construction economist in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, is elected for a second three-year term.
Born in 1966 in Lamastre (07), Franck DESSEMON has been a member of Untec since 2013. After starting his career in Project Management, he joined as General Manager in 2004, then President in 2010, the KORELL company located in Lyon and Paris, created in 1989.
First of all, member of the Collective Agreement (CPPNI) and National Joint Commission for Employment and Professional Training (CPNE-FP) commissions of Untec from 2015 to 2019, he was elected to the Executive Office (2018 – 2021 ) as National Vice-President in charge of professional affairs.
He becomes President of Untec in 2021.
As part of this mandate, he is, in particular, a member of the Supervisory Board of BTP Banque, the Board of Directors of SMA BTP and a member of the Board of Directors of the Construction Quality Agency (AQC).
He is accompanied in this second mandate by the following elected members of the Executive Bureau:

During this 2024 – 2027 mandate, the new elected Executive Office is committed to working for the defense and promotion of the profession and to continuing the actions that have been initiated since 2021.
3 strong areas will be developed in particular during this second term.
- 1) Amplify the support and accompaniment of sisters and brothers in business creation, transfer, management and management of their business and thus provide concrete solutions with a new vice-president especially dedicated;
- 2) Intensify actions at the national level and in the territories with public authorities and institutional partners to affirm that the Construction Economist is an essential player in the construction sector;
- 3) Harmonize diplomas, develop “Untec-labelled” initial training and guarantee quality continuing training in the territories to enable the skills development of our teams and members.
58,9% of Untec members participated in the electronic vote; they elected the list of Franck DESSEMON with 100% of the votes cast.
The newly elected officials will take up their positions at the end of the 52nd Untec Congress which takes place at the Jean Prouvé Center in Nancy from May 30 to 31, 2024.
