After analyzing 9,4 million ratings and reviews posted by customers on the Google Business Profile files of major French retail chains in 2024 and obtaining a score of 4,59/5, France Matériaux won the Vasano Prize for the highest rated retailer in the Materials Trading category.
The independent trading network thus rises to the top of the sector's players ahead of 8 competing networks analyzed.
For the 3rd consecutive year, Vasano, a player in customer relationship management, has distinguished the winners of its "Top Rated Brand on Google" Trophy for the year 2024. This list is based on the analysis of 9,4 million ratings and reviews posted on the Google Business Profile files of the major retail chains in each category. These ratings, spontaneously assigned on Google by consumers, reflect their feelings on the sense of service and welcome, the quality of the offer or the price positioning of each network.
With this approach, Vasano intends to encourage and reward distribution players who work to offer the best customer experience in their points of sale.
