France Fermetures launches 3 option packs to personalize its Miami garage door

To meet the new expectations of individuals in terms of comfort, security and aesthetics, FRANCE FERMETURES has developed three optional packs to personalize the MIAMI sectional garage door: Security Pack, Insulation Pack and Finishing Pack.

Security Pack: enhanced protection

Equipped with the Security Pack, the MIAMI sectional garage door with ceiling opening offers increased protection thanks to two anti-lift locks placed at the foot of the uprights.

Two high-quality engines are available to choose from:

• Sommer Pro+ motorization: which is equipped with a Lock magnetic lock for enhanced protection against break-ins. The magnetic locking device mechanically stops the motor in the closed position, adding additional resistance equivalent to 300 kg against the door being lifted. In addition, thanks to the Security Pack, this motorization is equipped with an X3D control module that makes the garage door 100% connected, allowing remote control of the door and its status on your smartphone.
• Somfy Dexxo Smart io motorization: as part of the Security Pack, this motorization is equipped with a mechanical lock which blocks the motor in the closed position, it natively offers real-time verification of the status of the equipment thanks to the TaHoma® application.

Customers can also personalize their installation with accessories such as a wall control, a code keypad, a surveillance camera or an alarm, thus increasing comfort and security.

Insulation Pack: increased energy efficiency

The Insulation Pack significantly improves the performance of the MIAMI sectional door. Thanks to the high and low profiles with thermal break that equip its apron, to a structure lined with a polyurethane foam seal over its entire surface, the heat transfers between the outside and the inside of the garage are greatly reduced, thus improving the thermal performance of the door by around 20%.

These performances have been tested and validated by the independent Swedish firm RISE Research Institutes of Sweden AB.

Finishing Pack: perfect integration

The Finishing Pack consists of a white PVC spring cover to conceal the door's lifting system. This ensures a neat interior finish for MIAMI garage doors equipped with front shaft torsion springs. The technical elements of the door are thus less visible, allowing it to integrate more harmoniously into its environment, particularly when the garage is used as a living room.
