Fit®: the new range of Saunier Duval condensing boilers
Designed for both the installer and the individual, Fit® boilers combine performance, design and innovative technologies. Saunier Duval is thus upgrading 4 of its existing boilers: Thema AS Condens, ThemaPlus Condens, IsoTwin Condens and IsoMax Condens, and completes its offer with 4 new models: ThemaPlus H-Condens, ThemaFast M-Condens, ThemaPlus M-Condens and IsoTwin M -Condens.
The objective is to offer professionals and individuals the most suitable solution, whatever the configuration and needs: heating only, mini-accumulation, dynamic accumulation, individual duct (C13, C33, B23p / C93) or even duct collective 3CEp (new)… Focus on the new technologies in the range.
FlameFit®, optimized combustion
FlameFit® continuously adjusts the combustion of the boiler in order to guarantee users minimum consumption and simplified gas compatibility:
- quick installation: choice of gas directly from the boiler interface
- optimized flame and energy savings: continuous combustion analysis
- compatibility with natural gas, Groningen gas and propane gas
- maintained comfort: integration of an emergency mode in the event of a breakdown to provide users with heating and hot water while waiting for the intervention of a professional
- boilers ready for the future: compatibility with green gases
Available on Thema AS Condens, ThemaPlus Condens, IsoTwin Condens and IsoMax Condens boilers.
IsoDyn3, hot water comfort for the most demanding
IsoDyn3 is the evolution of IsoDyn2 technology, namely 2 stainless steel tanks of 21 liters with recharging in just 5 minutes. If this technology benefits from the advantages of the existing one, it has new features that ensure even more energy savings and increased longevity of the boiler for its users:
• adaptation to the rhythm of life thanks to the DHW (domestic hot water) learning: the boiler starts up at the best times of the day
• detection of small draw-offs: using the DHW flow sensor placed at the outlet of the tanks, the boiler does not start when there is low demand for hot water
• up to 7 times fewer starts than a standard cylinder boiler!
Available on IsoMax Condens, IsoTwin Condens and IsoTwin M-Condens boilers.
H-Condens, condensation on the heating AND on the domestic hot water
The H-Condens stainless steel heating body provides condensation on both the heating AND the domestic hot water gthanks to an additional coil:
- new innovative heating body developed for Saunier Duval
- preheating of the cold water inlet between 3 and 5 ° C allowing a reduction in gas consumption
- 8% energy savings on sanitary
- reduction of CO2 emissions
Available on the ThemaPlus H-Condens boiler.
Features and equipment designed by and for the professional
The Fit® range is also a set of features and equipment common to all boilers:
- regulation and connectivity in one click: Clic Express technology with radio and / or connectivity box that can be integrated directly under the boiler
- integrated ON / OFF button: protection of the electronic card during interventions for easy and secure maintenance
- easy replacements thanks to the new replacement kits
- tactile and intuitive interfaces: choice of gas during installation, display of consumption, integrated assistant (IsoMax Condens)
- magnetic tubing cover and new anti-vibration acoustic panel
MiSet & MiPro Sense, connectable controls compatible with Fit®
MiSet and MiPro Sense, these are two regulations available in radio and wired versions. Compatible with all our boilers in the Fit® range, the first is ideal for providing comfort in an apartment for 1 heating zone and the second for home comfort with the management of 1 to 3 zones.
MiSet & MiPro Sense go perfectly with the new Fit® boilers: design and tactile interface and user assistant as standard for programming time slots. These regulations can also be connected with the new MiLink V3 to allow users to control the heating remotely with the MiGo Link application. For professionals, a website and a MiGo Xpert application are available to monitor the boiler park remotely.
M-Condens, boilers dedicated to 3CEp
The new M-Condens range (ThemaFast M-Condens, ThemaPlus M-Condens and IsoTwin M-Condens), dedicated to 3CEp conduits, has been developed with a view to facilitating and securing installation and maintenance on these conduits. collectives.
Advantages :
- optimized combustion data for accurate sizing
- range ready for the new sizing method (EN 13384-2: A1)
- saving time during installation with the start-up wizard
- automatic adaptation of the boiler power according to the configuration entered by the professional, directly on the interface
- easy installation and maintenance: non-return valve integrated as standard in the mixing arm
- simplified maintenance: elbow with inspection hatch for blocking flue gas returns
What is the difference between a condensing boiler and a non-condensing boiler?
In a non-condensing gas boiler, the heating water circuit is heated by the combustion of gas (natural, propane or Groningen). It is while passing through the burner that the latter produces heat which is then transmitted to the water or to a heat transfer fluid. As of 2018, the NOx emissions of a non-condensing boiler must be ≤ 56 mg / kWh.
In a gas condensing boiler, the heating circuit is supplied by the combustion of gas (natural, propane or Groningen) but also by the fumes produced by the latter. They are cooled in order to recover the heat. This process thus makes it possible to save up to 30% of energy compared to a 25-year-old boiler.
Made In France
These new condensing boilers are manufactured in France at the heart of the Saunier Duval factory in Nantes. With several production lines dedicated to condensing boilers, the brand confirms its desire to promote French know-how on the territory and internationally.
A historic site, the Nantes plant has been awarded the “Vitrine Industrie du Futur” label thanks in particular to the automation of its assembly line of wall-mounted gas condensing boilers and its digitization and real-time use of data.
