This is a relevant response recommended and implemented by the company B tab, a pioneer in the finishing trade with 65 years of experience in insulation, renovation and decoration. Today with 500 employees, QualiBat RGE, Iso 14001 and Ecovadis Bronze certified, B tab shines with 16 agencies in Franche-Comté, Burgundy, Rhône-Alpes and Auvergne.
The work carried out by the company B tab focused on the insulation of the envelope of the pavilion (attic, floors and walls) with the choice of thermal insulation from the outside (ITE) of the walls. Targeted results: the annual energy consumption of the property, established at 2.500 euros before its renovation, will be halved, to 1.121 euros. A substantial saving which is also coupled with a real aesthetic and financial enhancement of the property. An additional factor, ITE also promotes healthier indoor air.

Knauf NEXTherm® ITEx, high technical performance and very low carbon for the most demanding facade sites
With the Knauf NEXTherm® ITEx range, all the advantages of Knauf PSE insulation for exterior insulation under plaster are retained: thermal performance, proven implementation, justified compliance, and a further reduced carbon footprint.
Thermal insulation from the outside with Knauf NEXTherm®: an asset for renovation projects
Faced with the aesthetic aging of the building stock and the poor thermal performance of these buildings, thermal insulation from the outside constitutes a solution with multiple gains: it guarantees the thermal comfort of the home, thanks to a homogeneous and high-quality insulation of the building. built; it embellishes the heritage, thanks to the recovery of the facades; it improves the living comfort of occupants, by eliminating thermal bridges and improving the quality of the indoor air.
With Knauf NEXTherm® ITEx, it improves the overall environmental impact of the renovation by reducing the carbon footprint of the insulation, supported by FDES. A responsible choice that combines new environmental performance and high technicalities of PES.
And for a clean renovation site, offcuts from the installed panels are collected on site by the Knauf Circular® service and recycled into new insulation products.
