Fire protection: sprayed PROMASPRAY®-P300 coating with accelerator

Formulated with vermiculite and plaster, this sprayed coating is non-combustible. It provides fire protection for up to 240 minutes, increased mechanical resistance and therefore durability over time, simple implementation with sprayed plaster machines.

The new pasty sprayed coating PROMASPRAY®-P300 with accelerator has many advantages on site:

• reduced projected coating consumption thanks to the reduction in the number of passes and to thicknesses much lower than those on the market.
• simplified logistics thanks to the implementation with more powerful premixing machines, making it possible to be positioned on the ground floor and to project upstairs with longer pipes.
• a simplicity of implementation due to the direct application on the support treated against corrosion, without primer, nor first layer of non accelerated PROMASPRAY®-P300, for the majority of structures,
• saving time on site thanks to the reduction in the waiting period between two passes linked to the faster setting time, and to the reduction in the number of successive layers due to the increase in volume,
• a more extensive solution than those of the competition, making it possible to protect a larger number of structures for fire resistances of 180 and 240 minutes and offering greater flexibility of the solution according to the size of the site (small or large), installation habits (with or without accelerator) or of the machine used (column or premix).

Note: off-white, the new PROMASPRAY®-P300 sprayed coating can be covered with PROMACOLOR® finishing plaster for a customized aesthetic.
