Feelbat, a connected solution for monitoring structures (buildings, bridges, railways, etc.), won the bronze medal on June 30 in the “Impact Real Estate” category at the Nuit de l'Immo organized by Républik Immo.
An award presented by Pierre Lusteau (AREMIS Group) who came to salute the DELTA L+ Mini, the smallest connected crack sensor in the world and the ambition carried by Feelbat: to make building monitoring accessible to all.
A concentration of technology at the service of buildings and territories
The result of several years of R&D, the DELTA L+ mini offers precise and autonomous monitoring of cracks down to a hundredth of a millimeter, as well as the impact of the facade's exposure to sunlight. Thanks to a patented bonding system, it can be installed in 3 seconds and transmits its data in real time via a low-power network. Waterproof, robust, and compatible with all materials, this affordable sensor (€350) is already used by many design offices. A major step forward in preventing risks, extending the lifespan of structures... and contributing to a more sustainable building.
A project born of vital urgency
Feelbat was founded in Marseille in 2020, following the tragedy on Rue d'Aubagne. Since then, the startup has expanded its reach to communities, landlords, design firms, and construction professionals, combining technology, data, and prevention.
