Chairman of the independent wealth management and financial investment consulting firm Kaolin Associés, Fabien Petit was a director of Plurial Novilia for 3 years, including 2 in the executive office. Aged 52, he is also Chairman of the Châlons-Vitry-Saint Ménehould branch of Medef.
Plurial Novilia is also announcing a year of transition within the General Management: Johnny Huat, currently Director of the Promotion, Development and CMI activity, will be appointed Deputy Managing Director from July 1.

A year of change and transition
Four new directors were also appointed during the Board of Directors meeting on June 25, Caroline Deshams, Guillaume Chevro, Thierry Dauchelle and Frédéric Louis. They succeed Vincent Malherbe, James Guillepain, André Deslypper and Daniel Hedelin.
For his part, Alain Nicole, Chief Executive Officer of Plurial Novilia, will leave his functions within the company in the summer of 2022. Until his retirement, he will continue his missions alongside Johnny Huat. Currently Director of the company's promotion, development and CMI activity, he is appointed Deputy Managing Director of the social landlord. Together, they will work to continue the development of Plurial Novilia and ensure the transition in pairs until the official appointment of the new CEO.
