On December 31, 2023, Rémi Lesage, current Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the LESAGE Group of which Rector is a member, will officially retire, thus ending 33 years of good and loyal service. Following the vote of the last Supervisory Board, Eric Lesage, 59 years old, will succeed him.
Rémi Lesage initially joined Rector Lesage in 1990, taking charge of the group’s “surface treatment” and real estate activities. Before succeeding Jean-Paul Lesage in the same functions in 2002.
After 33 years within the Group, Rémi Lesage will officially retire on December 31, 2023 while keeping an informed eye on all activities, retaining his mandate as a member of the Supervisory Board as well as that of Chairman of the Board. of family. This representative body of shareholders is notably consulted for the main orientations of Rector.
Thus, Eric Lesage, 4th generation shareholder, will become Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the LESAGE group from January 1, 2024.
A 59-year-old entrepreneur from Mulhouse, graduated from ISG, he has also been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2001. Well aware of developments in the construction market and attached to the sustainability of the family business, he will, during his mandate, particular attention to actions and projects linked to development and innovation within the company, alongside Ronan Blanchard, Chairman of the Management Board.
