All of them underlined the pleasure of meeting at a physical event to discuss. Numerous highlights and new appointments marked these four days and illustrated the common theme of the 2021 edition of ÉQUIPBAIE-MÉTALEXPO: “The future of professions and digital technology”.
The challenge of conviviality succeeded
Inaugurated by Olivier Salleron, President of the FFB, and all the partners of the FFB Window Cluster of RX France, the 2021 edition of ÉQUIPBAIE-MÉTALEXPO ended on
Friday, September 24, registering the presence of 10 visitors. That is a drop of 606% compared to the last edition held in 42. But the drop in attendance is largely offset by the satisfaction of exhibitors and by the quality of the discussions that everyone noted and highlighted.
In terms of distribution, French visitors are clearly in the majority (93,5%) and those from Ile-de-France represent 26% (37% in 2018). The regions have mobilized widely since they account for 74% of visitors with the top 5 regions of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Hauts de France, Grand Est, Pays de la Loire, New Aquitaine and Occitanie. In 2018, regional visitors fell (-13%) mainly due to demonstrations by yellow vests.
The profile of visitors is evolving especially on the side of implementers and installers with 49% (55% in 2018) and manufacturers who go from 21% in 2018 to 26%. Trading remains stable and represents 13% of visitors. 4% of prescribers visited the show.
