A major player in the air treatment market, EOLIANCE HABITAT designs and manufactures high-performance ventilation units in France, ideal for energy renovations. Providing excellent indoor comfort, they help reduce buildings' energy consumption and carbon footprint.
For this new edition of Artibat, the EOLIANCE HABITAT teams are mobilizing to welcome professionals and distributors to Hall 3 Stand C12 and to introduce them to the solutions that contribute to improving air quality in buildings (individual houses, collective housing and small tertiary buildings).
EOLIANCE HABITAT will present:
- the new EVOLIS TBC High Pressure Hygro-Adjustable Single Flow CMV, a multi-position, multi-network, ultra-compact and energy-efficient unit.
- the RESIST'R insulated flexible duct, ideal for optimizing the ventilation system and providing excellent acoustic and thermal performance.
EVOLIS TBC high pressure single flow CMV
Compact and versatile for ultra-simple installation
The new EVOLIS TBC High Pressure Single Flow CMV EOLIANCE HABITAT is ideal for new builds as well as for thermal renovation work. Functional, it is characterized by:
- Multi-position installation: thanks to its removable 45° elbows that can be positioned 360°, the box can be installed anywhere, even in tight spaces: suspended in attics, in false ceilings, in lofts, fixed to the wall, etc.
- A universal connection: the tappings connect to all types of ducts: flexible, insulated flexible PVC, rigid, semi-rigid, etc.
- An ergonomic design: extra flat, the 16,8 cm box is space-saving and easy to install.
- Perfect network sealing: the quick-release duct attachment system is equipped with a seal to guarantee sealing, and “Quick'Gaine” clamps ensure reliable and secure holding of the ducts, without tools.
- Reduced noise level: the box support and suspension system is anti-vibration.
Up to 8% heating savings per year
The SF EVOLIS TBC High Pressure VMC has an electrical consumption starting from 9,9 W-Th-C thanks to its high-efficiency turbine and its very low-consumption, electronically commutated motor mounted on ball bearings. A consistently efficient flow rate is guaranteed at the vents thanks to a minimum pressure of 80Pa.
Compared to a self-regulating CMV, it allows energy savings by reducing heat loss due to air renewal, and nearly 8% savings on the annual heating bill.
CEE-eligible equipment that complies with RE2020
Designed for houses from T1 with kitchen and 1 bathroom to T7 with kitchen up to 6 bathrooms, the VMC SF EVOLIS TBC High pressure, energy class B and certified QB "Hygro-adjustable ventilation"*, is labeled "BBC eligible product". It has a Technical Opinion from CSTB N° 14.5/17-2281 and its verifiable values allow it to meet the RE2020 and the requirements of low-energy buildings and passive houses. As part of energy renovation work, it allows you to benefit from CEE financial aid (Energy Saving Certificate).
*QB certification guarantees control of airflow and acoustic performance, electricity consumption and manufacturing quality.
Improved indoor air quality
To ensure greater comfort for occupants and better indoor air quality, the EVOLIS TBC High Pressure unit automatically detects humidity in rooms or detects presence in toilets using a sensor per vent. It is compatible with self-regulating or humidity-controlled vents depending on the rooms served.
- VMC Hygro A: the extraction of air from service or technical rooms adapts according to the humidity.
- Hygro B VMC: Air extraction from utility or technical rooms is adjusted according to their humidity. Air intake rates are modulated according to the occupancy in each habitable room, thus optimizing energy savings.
RESIST'R insulated sheath
For greater acoustic and thermal performance
When installing a VMC system, ducts provide the connection between the intake vents and the extraction box. They help optimize ventilation performance, ensure clean air, and optimal comfort in the home. To simplify the installation of the duct network, EOLIANCE HABITAT offers the RESIST'R insulated flexible duct. Both flexible and robust, this duct is quick to install. Compliant with standard EN13180 (dimensions and mechanical requirements for flexible ducts), it benefits from excellent acoustic qualities.
Its particularities:
- Thermally insulated by a layer of glass wool 25 or 50 mm thick (depending on the model) and external polyethylene protection: it reduces heat loss, making it ideal for use in uninsulated attics.
- Ultra-resistant to crushing, up to 20 kg: it prevents compression of the network by insulating materials (glass wool, glass rock, etc.) during installation. The air flow is optimal in the network.
- Waterproof and hygrophobic: it helps maintain the air temperature in the network and prevents the risk of condensation.
- Versatile: it is suitable for all ventilation systems – Single Flow, Double Flow, extractor, etc. – and air conditioning.
