Energy renovation of condominiums: the new DynaMOE COPRO training course is available

The first eleven training organizations are authorized to deliver this new training. Its main objective: to strengthen the skills of architects and project managers and to equip them in the implementation of energy renovation projects in co-ownership, by integrating all the complex dimensions of this type of project: technical, economic, regulatory and human.

France has nearly 600.000^[2] condominiums. Many of them are due for energy renovation work. Limiting their carbon footprint, reducing occupant expenses, responding to public requirements to combat fuel poverty: the objectives and benefits are multiple.

These complex projects, conditioned by the regulatory and economic framework, mobilize specific technical expertise specific to condominiums, as well as methodological and human skills to deal with the difficulties inherent in the decision-making circuits involving the co-owners, who remain to be convinced.

The new DynaMOE COPRO training course, developed by the FEEBAT program, integrates all these components

For who : architects, contractors, design offices.

For what :

• Develop energy renovation strategies performance based on the technical aspects (technological, pathological factors, etc.), human (convincing the co-owners, etc.) and financial (supporting the economic feasibility of the scenarios proposed);
• Position yourself, among the energy audit and other devices, in the context of energy renovation in condominiums;
• Promoting efficient energy renovation with co-owners based on the energy audit;
• Obtain the recognition of energy auditor in condominiums, for architects and architectural companies, in accordance with Annex III of Decree No. 2018-416 of May 30, 2018.
