Elisabeth Bardet elected president of the FILMM Syndicate of Manufactured Mineral Wool Insulation Manufacturers

The FILMM is pleased to announce that Elisabeth Bardet was elected president of the union accompanied by Yann Ditsch as vice-president, during its General Assembly.

A graduate of ESPCI in Paris, Elisabeth Bardet successively held positions in strategic marketing and sales, then in the management of subsidiaries in construction and HVAC products in internationally renowned companies.

Yann Ditsch holds a Masters in Marketing and Communication from ESCP Europe Paris. He held responsibilities in various industrial groups as well as in the distribution of construction products.

Elisabeth Bardet and the FILMM Board want to put insulation back at the heart of the debate on ecological transition, and show its fundamental role in achieving climate objectives and energy independence for France. The only possible way is the energy sobriety of buildings by installing high-performance insulation, which by permanently lowering their consumption will also contribute to eradicating the energy poverty of too many French households.

The FILMM intends to make proposals so that the incentive schemes are oriented to facilitate an overall efficient renovation of buildings.

The members of FILMM (Eurocoustic, Isover, Knauf Insulation, Rockwool, Ursa), all producing in France, offer glass and rock mineral wool for the construction and renovation of all types of buildings.
