To begin with, can you explain to us how this partnership was born?

Edouard CATRICE : “It's first and foremost a story of men! As with ISIA in 2015, RAMASOFT in 2018 and AlloTools in 2020, this merger with Revel'Home is a meeting between teams that share strong values. We were in contact with Charles when he was Sales Director at ZILTEN. Even then, he believed in our solutions and was particularly involved in the partnership between CETIH and ELCIA.
We have been following Revel'Home for a few months. The customer relationship between carpentry professionals and individuals takes considerable time and is a source of stress and pressure for both. They exchange an incalculable number of e-mails, text messages, phone calls, documents… Not to mention the hassle of regulations! We were thinking about a “digital file” to streamline and simplify this! Everything accelerated at the Batimat show: Charles explained to me that his project had reached maturity and that he wanted to move forward with software publishing. The complementarity with ELCIA solutions was obvious! »

Charles PELLE : “We first thought of our project as a business-contributing Marketplace, before realizing that the need was elsewhere… 1 in 2 individuals are not satisfied with their work experience. We then reviewed our positioning to focus on publishing software to facilitate the relationship between the professional and the individual, from sending the quote to paying the balance.
80% of our customers are carpenters, most of them already equipped with ProDevis. They have been asking us for the interface between the two solutions for a long time. This merger with ELCIA makes total sense and will really make their lives easier! We are going to create a real synergy around a common ambition: to free up time for carpenters while allowing them to increase their quality of service! »
Through what concrete actions will this partnership materialize?
Edouard CATRICE : “We are going to rely on Revel'Home's technology to bring even more value to our users! Simplifying the relationship between the installer and the individual is a first brick. ELCIA will also be the prescriber of the Revel'Home solution on the Joinery, Blinds and Closures market. The strength of initiative and entrepreneurship remain in the hands of Charles and his teams. But we are making a strong commitment with a minority but significant stake (30%)”.
Charles PELLE : “Our objective is to become the No. 1 application among joinery installers. Partnering with the No. 1 software in this sector is therefore relevant! ELCIA will support us and provide us with its expertise to penetrate the market and then target more broadly all construction trades (general contractors, solar panels, insulation, etc.).
What will be the benefits for the 22.000 ProDevis users?
Benjamin TARRIER : “We are working on an interface of the two solutions. After having made their estimate with ProQuote, our users will be able to find it automatically in Revel'Home with all their customer data entered in their costing tool. They can then manage their customer relationship from the solution for three major benefits:
- Optimized business performance. With Revel'Home, they will share a space with the individual to save time on all the tedious processes such as sending and signing the contractual documents (quote, CGV, VAT certificate), producing the site acceptance report , reminders or payments.
- Improved cash management. Revel'Home's instant transfer functionality will simplify all payments. The installer will no longer be obliged to go to the private individual to collect a cheque. Ditto for the individual, he will no longer need to connect to his bank, fill in the IBAN and wait several days for his transfer. This will allow you to cash in faster.
- Greater confidence in the professional. Individuals often consult several professionals for their work in order to compare quotes. He never knows which version is correct, where his documents are stored. With Revel'Home, he connects to a secure space to find all his contractual documents, his plans, his payments.
