A long-term strategic partnership
"We have been talking with Sébastien for several years", introduced Edouard Catrice, CEO of the ELCIA Group. “We share the same vision of the market and the same values: innovation, the requirement for the quality of our software, or well-being at work and collaboration with our teams. We wanted to get involved through a strong and lasting partnership! This is why ELCIA takes a 33% stake in AlloTools ”.
Two years after taking a stake in a similar scheme in the capital of the Belgian publisher RAMASOFT, the ELCIA Group marks an additional stage in its external growth.
"I strongly believe in this model of minority participation which makes it possible to secure a long-term partnership, both for us and for the clients who will trust us, while leaving the strength of innovation to the entrepreneur", continues Edouard Catrice. “AlloTools must maintain its independence while relying on the reputation and the ELCIA network to develop more quickly. We had the same approach with RAMASOFT and it works perfectly! "
"This partnership with the ELCIA Group is a logical continuity in the evolution of our companies, through our history, our complementarity and the synergies of our solutions, real assets for players in the Joinery market", adds Sébastien Sobczyk, Managing Director of AlloTools. Edouard was able to reassure us about our common development.
"We are sure to offer together an offer that meets the expectations of our users and to benefit as many people as possible from our technological progress, while keeping the freedom to develop our partnerships and our R&D projects" The ELCIA Group strengthens its position as leader of Carpentry, Store and Closure sales configurators
This new union is fully in line with the ambition of the ELCIA Group to become the European leader in sales configurators for all Joinery, Store and Closure products. An ambition which notably involves a differentiating innovation axis: 3D.
“Two years after our acquisition of a stake in RAMASOFT and its specialized window 3D configurator, this new partnership with AlloTools perfectly complements the 3D configurator offer for other Joinery, Closure and Layout products, affirms Edouard Catrice. I am convinced that 3D is a great media of sharing and experimentation which will allow individuals to “consume” differently ”
“This commitment marks strong recognition of our expertise and the work done by my team since the creation of AlloTools,” explains Sébastien Sobczyk. From our beginnings, we understood the potential of 3D for our configurators and since then have never ceased to develop our graphic renderings for even more realism moving from screen visual to immersion in virtual reality, and since this year to augmented reality (in the customer's environment). For us, configuring your project must be a real experience for a better projection of your idea towards the realization of all possibilities. "
ProDevis users can now encrypt via BatiTrade configurators
While ELCIA offers a commercial configurator focused on the speed and performance of costing, AlloTools approached the subject from a graphic angle and particularly suited to products that require a 3D approach (portal, guardrail, cupboard, etc.). A real complementarity which should appeal to the market and ProDevis users!
“This partnership will bring real added value to all our customers,” adds Edouard Catrice. Both manufacturers and our installers who use ProDevis. Our complementary costing approaches will thus make it possible to best meet the end customer's demand depending on the product and the context of the case. "
Installers on the market now have the possibility of carrying out a BatiTrade project from their ProDevis software and thus avoid any re-entry in commercial management.
A real gain in time and efficiency without any additional cost on its ProDevis subscription, once its supplier has communicated access to it.
On the industrial side, this is the opportunity to bring a complementary approach by offering a 3D experience to its customers, while relying on the reputation of ProDevis. The partnership provides that ELCIA does not charge any additional costs on the listing of the prices of the manufacturer who has subscribed to the BatiTrade Connect option for ProDevis, directly from AlloTools.
Together, heading for the international market
Another ambition at the heart of this union: the conquest of the international market! The alliance of the two companies thus resonates as a strong differentiator and augurs great promises at European level.
"3D is a universal language which erases all borders and will therefore be a strong competitive advantage for the international market" illustrates Edouard Catrice.
“Indeed, the European market is awaiting costing solutions with 3D configuration, sales and lead management, CRM, ERP and perfectly interconnected e-commerce solutions. Together, we want to offer a truly differentiating solution, which has proven itself on the French market, to accelerate our international development ” concludes Sébastien Sobczyk.
