Two charters have just been published for the Flooring and Façade insulation ranges. They aim to support customers in the proper use of products from these ranges and define common support for commercial and logistical methods.

And, for concrete mixing plants, a series of application sheets has just been published.

As part of its support policy and so that the quality of the products is not altered, EDILTECO® has published two charters, for the flooring and facade insulation ranges, which aim to detail the good conduct and good practices of use. some products.

Thus for each product, of each range, the charter is in a way an explanatory guide which mentions the technical characteristics of the products, then the recommendations for storage, handling and implementation.

Also, the correct methods for executing orders, receiving delivery or even cancellation and returns are explicitly detailed so that customers are informed of the methods and processes so that everything happens under optimal conditions and in the as fast as we can.

New application sheets for concrete batching plants

Eight new application and technical sheets have been created for the attention of sales representatives and quality laboratory managers of concrete plants. These sheets are available for the POLITERM® Fein, POLITERM® R and POLYS BÉTO® ranges depending on the type of application: lightened screed, lightened fluid screed, lightened screeding and filling and lightened roof slope.

It is in response to a request from customers that these sheets have been formalized so that access to information on products is instantaneous and therefore effective. Each sheet brings together information on the types of substrates, fields of application, technical characteristics, packaging, certifications, different formulations, performance, site preparation, implementation advice - with photos on the left. support – precautions after pouring or recovery times.

It is obvious that the manufacture of a light mortar is a delicate phase.
